May Meander - Alongside the river to the gardens

Date: Thursday 6th May 2021

Length of walk: 7- 8 km

Time: 9 -11.30 approx.

Meet: 8.50 a.m Dakota MRT exit A street level

End: Gardens by the Bay

This is a very pleasant and level walk with lovely views along the way.

We follow the Kallang River to the Gardens by the Bay East where we may be able to visit the grassy roof of the recently opened Keppel Marina East Desalination Plant then across the Marina Barrage to the Gardens by the Bay where we can stop for refreshments

Things to bring: Comfy walking shoes, trainers are fine for this walk, umbrella (protection from sun & rain), sunscreen & water

Cost- $5 ( goes to BA charities)
